Accomplished undergraduate and postgraduate student authors from the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at VNUHCM-University of Science have achieved remarkable results by attending the 14th IEEE International Conference on Knowledge and Systems Engineering (KSE 2022) and the 36th Asia Pacific Conference on Languages, Information, and Computing (PACLIC 2022).

聽聽 – Description of the Paper: The service industry played a vital role in our lives, particularly during a period when online activities became increasingly prevalent. Manufacturers, especially those involved in online product sales, constantly received customer feedback. Understanding this, the group of students optimised the provided data to develop a more effective predictive model than previous algorithms. This model evaluated overall content (products purchased) and detailed emotional levels (satisfied, neutral, or unsatisfied). Beyond providing a general solution, the research team set out goals and directions for future efforts to achieve even better outcomes.
