The 2nd Olympic Prize for Vietnamese Students took place from 25th to 28th August 2022 at the VNUHCM-University of Science. This event saw the participation of teams from universities, colleges, and academies across the country, representing faculties and departments related to Biology, Biotechnology, and Life Sciences. The competition encompassed both theoretical and practical aspects of General Biology.
This year, the contest team from the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology at VNUHCM-University of Science consisted of:
– Assoc. Prof. Tr岷 V膬n Hi岷縰 – Team Leader;
– M.Sc. Nguy峄卬 Trung H岷璾 – Deputy Team Leader;
– L锚 Tr瓢啤ng Th岷痭g – Student of the Faculty of Biology, Class of 2018;
– L锚 Ph瓢啤ng – Student of the Faculty of Biotechnology, Class of 2019;
– Nguy峄卬 Tr岷 H岷 Y岷縩 – Student of the Faculty of Biotechnology, Class of 2018;
– Nguy峄卬 Th岷 Quang – Student of the Faculty of Biotechnology, Class of 2019;
– Hu峄硁h 膼脿o Minh Ch芒u – Student of the Faculty of Biotechnology, Class of 2019.
At the conclusion of the contest, the team from VNUHCM-University of Science achieved an outstanding result, securing third place overall.
All five students from the participating team received prizes:
– 1 First Prize: Hu峄硁h 膼脿o Minh Ch芒u;
– 3 Second Prizes: Nguy峄卬 Th岷 Quang, Nguy峄卬 Tr岷 H岷 Y岷縩, and L锚 Ph瓢啤ng;
– 1 Third Prize: L锚 Tr瓢啤ng Th岷痭g.
