EXCHANGE COOPERATION BETWEEN VNUHCM-UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND RMIT UNIVERSITY

On 18th August, representatives from VNUHCM-University of Science and RMIT University met to discuss collaborative programmes and training cooperation at the Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD levels.

Representing the University of Science were Assoc. Prof. Qu谩ch Ng么 Di峄卪 Ph瓢啤ng, Dean of the Faculty of Biology – Biotechnology; Assoc. Prof. Tr瓢啤ng H岷 Nhung, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Biology – Biotechnology; as well as several lecturers from the same faculty. Assoc. Prof. Ng么 膼岷 Nghi峄噋, Head of the External Relations Office, was also in attendance.

From RMIT University, Dr. Tuy峄乶 Tr瓢啤ng, Programme Manager of Biology and Food Technology, and other faculty members from the programme participated in the meeting.

During the exchange, both universities provided brief introductions and presentations regarding their respective training programmes and majors, seeking to identify common directions in research and teaching. The University of Science expressed a desire to enhance the development of joint programmes with foreign institutions, particularly with RMIT in related fields. Students will study in 水果派AV解说 for two years to complete foundational subjects before transferring to RMIT for two years of specialisation in Biology – Biotechnology. This pathway will facilitate their subsequent research pursuits. The two universities also engaged in discussions regarding the implementation of dual degree programmes at the Master’s and Doctoral levels, enabling students to further their academic careers at both domestic and international institutions.

Looking towards the future, the University of Science and RMIT 水果派AV解说 aimed to continue their cooperation in academic development, research, and the diversification of biological products developed by both universities. They also intended to exchange information to provide details on training programmes and legal procedures for future implementation.
