These frameworks met international standards, were recognised, and had brought significant value and achievements to all participating parties.

In addition, representatives from NCSU emphasised the importance of ensuring and appropriately allocating job positions at the university for Vietnamese students upon their return from studies abroad under the cooperation programmes between VNUHCM-US and NCSU. This will further strengthen the development of the university’s personnel and contribute positively to the country’s educational system.

Aside from collaborative training programmes, both universities expressed a desire for joint research activities. This included the exchange of lecturers and researchers to achieve scientific research objectives and mutual support for researchers from both institutions. NCSU committed to providing partial or full financial assistance for these initiatives. To identify potential areas for future collaboration, the two universities also discussed the unique distinctions of each Faculty or Discipline.

The working session proved successful, and both VNUHCM-US and NCSU were committed to developing the necessary procedures for collaboration.
